It is certainly stunning (I doubt anyone that has followed and loved this brand as I have will disagree), but its price and limitation number may well raise eyebrows (as they have in the past). Let’s analyze the new physical features first and then tackle the bigger issues beyond the watch itself.

Now, I mean that in the best way because I love a funky dial with all sorts of color, but it was a bit of a shocker compared to the rest of the relatively staid lineup of instruments for would-be rocket jockeys.? And so, with bits of red, white, black and blue on its face, this Speedy resembles something like a roulette wheel.? Hence, its Casino Dial nickname.
Turning the watch over, the Oris bear is engraved in the case back. The H?lstein Editions casebacks are adorned with this friendly character. It is a wonderful reminder of your special watch. Oris fitted the watch with caliber 690 under the caseback. The Oris module is a separate Oris module that adjusts the local time. The movement runs at 28,800vph with a 38-hour reserve. I have no idea why Citizen made such a minor splash when this watch was first released (two other versions came as well with DLC coated cases and either blue or green camo dials). The aforementioned press release was well done and, clearly, this is not just a JDM release. It’s the perfect alternative to the Seiko Prospex Solar Tuna models, and Seiko certainly isn’t bashful about pushing those. The Promaster BN0220 retails for $525, or somewhere around €500. Realistically, though, I’ve seen them for sale in the $300-400 range around the world (you’ll need to do a bit of web searching), and I can’t help but call that a replica watch repair san francisco screaming deal. Although I'm disappointed that we didn’t see the 32mm version, I can imagine the reaction. It would have been a unique idea to produce a 32mm watch version. While it would be a great novelty, that's all it would be. The 38mm is a good size for modern tastes, and most likely, will be a great fit for the majority of us. It is good to know the 32mm is available, in case you prefer vintage proportions.
